I love using the Look fantastic app.... too much!!! The app notifies me of sales, current & upcoming, and allows me to see coupons & specials that you don't normally see on the website unless you specifically hunt for them. It's easy to use, shows prices in dollars- not UK or EU denominations-and the app automatically adds gifts with purchase to your cart without me having to remember or copy/paste discount codes. The only drawback is my checking account balance after shopping, lol!

Edited review - this app is AWFUL! It's *so* slow to load anything - any page at all. Just opening it is a pain in the A! Never mind filtering, where you can select ONE brand/category, etc, at a time & then have to go back in to select the next one... The search function is about as useful as a parka coat in the middle of a desert, during the day.. Customer service is just rude & unhelpful & purposefully replies with useless answers. Orders can't be cancelled even after 30seconds. Just awful. Edited

Bad customer service, you can only reach them through Instagram messages, very slow to answer,no contact number. Send them an email through their application and ask me the same question as the Instagram team .. no cooperation between them, at the end send me one product without my approval as compensation. Also, I need to pay for delivery as an international shipment. The courier company they chose is also very bad, products reach me in a bad condition, and even when I talk to them no response. Edited

I was buying a lot of products of a certain brand and there was an offer of 20% off if you download the app. I did and suddenly the discount didn't apply to this particular products anymore. That's really illegal too. Not good form at all

I like shopping with Lookfantastic, I've been using the website for years with no problems and the app is just as good. The monthly beauty box is pretty good and I like the exclusive edits every so often too
