Can't log in , something is wrong with the site it doesn't recognize me won't even let me reset password, was bad enough I didn't receive april 2023 beautyfix box, that's what I was trying to check on to see if any updates on when they would be restocked, so I don't know why I bother subscribing if I don't even know if they will have enough for all there loyal customers 1st time since I have been a member that this happened I joined February 2022. I hope they fix whatever is going on,

Go to Ulta or Sephora. I signed up for a subscription for Every 2 Months and they charged me on 04/27 and 05/07 claiming that was two months a part. The customer service is useless and just kept arguing that Every 2 Months means you're charged two months in a row, skip a month, then charged two months in a row again. I had one agent leave the conversation when I asked to cancel the order and submit a refund.
