Won't let me use unless I download the "carrier hub" says to click to download in Play store and it just takes me to a failed try again page in Play store. I try searching for it and there's nothing coming up called "carrier hub" . I have alot of tmob app downloaded that I could be it dealing with Internet and wifi, but it's not them. What is the app needed? What's it called? I'm trying to fix my wifi that's disconnecting constantly and can't even find any app that is helpful fixing errors.

So sorry. Theirs no more T-Mobile Hub carrier app.. T-life is now T-Mobile Hub carrier app.. For everything T-Mobile has now days. This puts this app of none usage. Known as a total Dead app.. Needs to be removed from Google play store. Not good to use for Samsung/Pixels/ZTE/black devices. Contact any body about the T-Mobile app. Isn't any more. T-life is Carrier.

I need this app to protect my phone. It loaded in developer mode. When I changed out of developer it - it would not load or open. I really do need this app for protection. Why do they want me to test it out with no other benefit?

Deceptive, very, very deceptive. Yes, I can use the internet, but at an extreme loss of privacy, and it try's to trick you into downloading b.s. that only spy on me. Sign of the way the world is swirling down the drain. Could be done easily without the bloat, or spying on ppl so much, so do it.

This app is never worked for me on a business account. In the past it wanted to download an additional service which always failed to download. Now it just doesn't work and gets an error. I'm not sure why T-Mobile is pushing us to all this customers since they have does not even work on modern phones.
