I was forced to use this new app when I upgraded 2 of my 3 devices...too bad the app is a DOWNGRADE! So far the only improvement I can see is the seatbelt notification, but I would gladly go without to be able to use the old app! My biggest issue is the inability to personalize the various notifications...a Start-Up is the same as a Low Fuel alert, which is the SAME as EVERY OTHER general notification I get on my phone!! I also feel like transitioning between cars is not as quick as it was. Wh Edited

The app is unresponsive and there is a substantial lag with both the app and device. Device never wants to connect with the app. I don't recommend that you purchase a syncup drive cause the quality of the device and service is poor at best. Go to gpsandtrack for a device that works and does what it is suppose to do and has live tracking with no lag or delays.

Would be nice if one SyncUp Drive app worked with all SyncUp Drive devices. When will we be able to use it, with full functionality, with the first, second, and third generation SyncUp Drives. Just paid $$$ to upgrade our SD-7000T units to SD-7000T1. Except in cases where it fixes a very annoying bug, the legacy product is clearly superior to the new version. Were it not for that bug, we would go back to the legacy version in a heartbeat. Where do we send more detailed feedback?? Edited

This SyncUP account was transferred from a Sprint Drive. Sprint Drive was much more accurate and responsive. There was an actual figure of a small car that that was in real time that could be followed at all times as it moved on the map. I find that T-Mobile SyncUp is lagging in time and never very responsive. However, with SyncUP, I do appreciate the alerts for battery and engine health. Also, like the driver alerts come in helpful! YES. I would recommend, just not over Sprint Drive.

This was great at first but recently notifications and tracking have been extremely delayed. And if device is unplugged it doesn't recognize it when you plug it back in. And since the last time I've had to plug the device in, after a car repair, it thinks certain notifications are on when it's actually not. I was told I had to go to the TLife app to update the notifications. Why do I have to go to a different app? Even after updating through the TLife app it's still not right. Edited
