For a carrier that prides itself on top-tier network performance, this app is a baffling misfire. It’s riddled with bugs, refreshes like it's on dial-up, and completely misses the mark on automation. Voicemails don’t populate unless you poke them manually—hardly “visual” and definitely not efficient. And if this app's sluggishness wasn’t enough, the preloaded T-Mobile Play app adds insult to injury in its own special way. Let’s just say that nasty gem deserves its own review.

Hi T-Mobile! After breaking my phone and buying a new phone outright from Samsung, I realized how horrible your insurance is and your visual voicemail app is! I dumped you for both services I paid for because both worked as well as a bicycle without a chain. No matter how many times I tried to 'Active' the voicemail app on my new phone it gave me an 'err' with no code to fix the problem. App did work great on my old phone but you can shove it at this point. Thanks for nothing!

All you do is make this app worse! It use to work. The app literally NEVER transcribes a single voicemail anymore! I can't even remember when the transcription feature last worked! Also, now the voicemails are one volume so when I use this at work with my headphones in I have to remove my headphone and can barely hear it or suffer pain from the volume being too high no matter how hard I try to adjust it. App is broken. After the update I couldn't get connected. I saw in another review to download the Metro version. That one seems to work. Don't bother calling tech support because they'll tell you to do a bunch of nonsense like restart your phone, clear your cache and uninstall and reinstall. The simple answer is, the app doesn't work. Just install the other one.

Garbage app. Keeps sending notifications over and over even when no voicemail or you've already heard and read them. Try turning off it's notifications but it just nags you and notifies you you need to turn on notifications, only way to stop them is to remove app which I did. Can't delete multiple voicemails with the native function, have to delete one by one. All for an app behind a pay wall. Trash. Edited
