Actually not a bad app. Until you need support. Click the support tab in the menu, it's blank... Update 10/12 The response below is not helpful. I have the latest version. And no the internet was not normal, which was part of the issue. I was desperately trying to get help and the Support tab was blank... So the UI for troubleshooting is dizzying. Lastly and most troubling, I've been trying to bind my account for 10 minutes now it and it keeps saying failed. But everything is connected?... Edited

Excellent app. Easy to use and works super. I started my mesh network a few years ago with tp-link and never looked back. The upgrade always worked perfectly and never gave me any problems. When I read in various forums about problems other people have, then I am glad I've made the right choice. I can only highly recommend tp-link.

I love the app but notifications for new devices joining has never worked. Apart from that a great app to manage devices and see how the home broadband is doing.

I installed application. But I am not able to connect to my HB410 using default password on the HB410. Frustrating as I cannot change default password. Pending answer from TP Link.

If you want to do parental controls (dhcp), use the web version. App is missing categories and only manual add keyword is available. You cannot easily access the 2nd router with the app. As for the router eb810v, bigger in size but the range is far worse than a wifi6 xt8. In a 4rm hdb flat, 2 eb810v placed in the best location won't be able to cover the whole house. Worse signal drop on a rainy day compared to my xt8 nodes. Does not work well with 1.1.1.2 but 1.1.1.1 is fine. No url filtering. Edited
