You don't need to know my location all the time,only while using the app. I attempted "only while using the app" but features wouldn't work. when finding the pickup location, the app went to Phoenix AZ. my pickup location, Orem UT. I was told I could drop off at any location. The first attempt across the street. They didn't take trailers. The app was useless in trying to find a place to drop the trailer. I had to call CS. Return location was out of the way. app & uhaul suck

Too many hidden fees. I rented a truck for $29.95 that cost me over $60 before mileage. Not to mention how terrible the app functions. I know that you can return a vehicle to a different location than you picked it up from, but the app simply would not let me, despite listing the option. Clunky, confusing and constantly crashing. It really is not that hard to make an app that runs decently on Android OS. Especially for a multi billion dollar company.

App continually crashed while trying to pick up and drop off my rental. We ended up having to call customer service, which took forever. It took an hour to pick up and another hour to drop off when it should have only taken a 10 minutes. This was a horrible experience, and the app is absolutely worthless. I will explore options other than U-Haul next time. Try harder, U-Haul. Your app needs an over-Haul! Edited

Would recommend the U-Haul service, but the app is in desperate need of an overhaul. Not clear wether it's bugging or just bad coding, but it constantly gets stuck infinitely buffering for simple page transitions, and simply doesn't respond to input that should work. It also is absolutely impossible to backtrack on if you go to the wrong page or need to switch between different documents. it often returns to the main menu for every back movement.

I am in the middle of packing for a move from one state to another. So, organization for unpacking is vital for my sanity. I was on box 58, entering packed info into this app system. With one update, I have lost ALL my detailed information of what is in each box. I had detailed this out in the app so I could easily find items without digging through boxes. So stressful. Use a different app unless you expect to buy boxes and their scan labels.
