The service is good, the app could be a bit better. When I'm on the train home and I know what time the train is due to reach the station I can't book the bus until I'm within a stop or so, which means I end up having to wait 10-15 minutes when if I could book earlier it could be pretty seamless. I'm only giving it 5 stars because it ultimately is better than a 3.1 star app. Probably somewhere around 4. Edited

Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.

Doesn't allow you to book a ride. The only option is to then book over the phone, much to the dismay of the guy who takes the calls. He'll tell you what he told you last time, which is to 'use the app' and will state that he 'doesn't mind helping the oldies, but a person of your talents...'. etc etc. The app doesn't work and the man answering your calls can't seem to understand that. The broken app and attitude of select staff makes using this otherwise brilliant service fairly prohibitive. Edited

Most of the time your app works great, I can get a bus when and to where I need it. But quite often lately it will not let me use the virtual stop closest to me, instead trying to send me to stops ages away from me. Even when I ring up to try and book they have trouble getting it to accept the stop closest to me. All this wouldn't be so bad if I was able to walk a block or 2 down the road, but as I currently have injuries that's not possible. This really needs to be fixed.

This used to be an almost perfect service, but in the last three months or so (this month in particular) has gotten worse and worse to the point that it is barely usable you now always have to book 15 minutes earlier then when you actually want to leave or it'll be late, even then it will most likely be as well, the app is a mess as well, sometimes the option to book one simply won't show up or if it does will display the incorrect time and many, many other problems, what happened?
