I'm very thankful for this app. I've been dealing with my fear of flying for years and needed to fly recently a 15 hour flight. As part of my preparation, I downloaded this app and started to watch the videos every day. The information is amazing. It really helped me prepare myself and answered all of my questions. I also downloaded the videos so I can watch them on the plane but for my luck the airline I was using (El Al) had this exact program on their screens and I used it on the flight.

Reviewing the first videos, it is obvious that the program has good, authoritative information. It is addressed to first time and nervous flyers and should reassure them and remind frequent flyers of their part as passengers to make the safety work. For example, attention to attendants, seat belt use, common courtesy to passengers and crew.

This is a must. I keep sharing this app with colleagues at work whom are having difficulties with Biz Trips due to fear of flight and use the COVID as an excuse to avoid from flying all together. Responses are always of amazement!

On opening app app gives screen saying "YOU NEED INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE FIRST TIME CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AND TRY AGAIN" Tried both on mobile data and wifi- neither work
