WeBook is the worst ticketing app. It feels like they drop one fish and 100,000 people fight for it. I spent over an hour trying to get a ticket and still failed. The app crashes, lags, and creates stress instead of making things easier. Technology should save time, not waste it. Even after waiting, everything is sold out in seconds. This ruined the whole experience for me. I don’t recommend this app at all.

The app was well designed and very useful with a very attractive graphic user interface. Most activities and events in Saudi Arabia (like Riyadh Season, Diriyah season and others) can be booked from this comprehensive app. May outstanding events need booking in advance (for example at least one week before) as some get complete early or get more expensive by time. Some events are free (open) or economic price and other are expensive. Edited

bad, the navigation banner that includes profile and resell frequently disappears on my pixel 8 pro and I can't find it, rebooting the app doesn't work, i can't even access tickets i paid for because of this. so unreliable

I bought a flight ticket the first time after the amount was withdrawn I received an email that the reservation was not completed and that the amount would be refunded after 15 to 21 days after I contacted customer service, he told me that the problem would not happen again and that the solution was to book again. I booked the second time, and the same error occurred, and the money was withdrawn. I do not advise you to book a ticket from this application. It is the worst
