Bought the full version about 5 years ago, but it still frequently gives me a pop up asking me to buy the full version. When I zoom in or out I have to reload the file for it to properly take effect, otherwise I have to scroll left and right to read something. As of last update, dark mode was removed because it "didn't always work" even though I never had issues with it. No contact info available to report issues despite snarky comments in the app info about it. Will be looking elsewhere. Edited

Sorry, the issue with the popup for buying the full version is happening on some users' devices and I still don't understand how this can happen :-(. The dark mode got removed because it never really worked reliably. And can you elaborate on the zoom issue? How can I reproduce your problem?

Thus far it seems like an excellent app. Much better than the others I've tried. But it doesn't have a true search feature. It simply uses my virtual keyboard, but I can only search once for a word. (It does highlight all words but in a very long document, this is not very helpful.) There is no way to up Arrow or down arrow through a document to search for other occurrences of that word. Adding a true search feature would make this a five star app. Word wrap would also be a nice feature to have. Edited

Truly horrible app! Files take forever to load, every time you change the page you'll have to wait for it to load, it doesn't have many features other than zooming and the full size view is terrible (not really full screen). The app has a hideous and cheap looking presentation, there is a bar/menu that takes about a quarter of the screen and is always visible. Not only that, it also comes in a horrendous bright cyan, so it always highlights. The bar also has perpetual ads unless you pay.

Edited: With the bug fix it is working much better. I love this app and I use it every day. It helps when I need to edit a story and sometimes I use it to see how a speech will sound before I have to say it myself. Recommended for anyone. Original: When my phone goes into idle mode the txt to speech function stops working until I press a button. Happy to add more stars later once problem is fixed as I use my hands a lot and am not always within touching distance of my phone when using the app Edited

Potentially a great app - but has recently become bloated for some unknown reason recently so had to uninstall. Seems to happen after a scan it does in the background. The app "data" then balloons to 0.5Gb. When the "data" storage is cleared and the app had to start from scratch it balloons again. Real shame. :( Edited

What the app is doing in the background is creating a search index for the full text search. This is part of the app for quite some time. This index can use a lot of memory if there are lot of text documents on the device. You can switch off this full text search feature in the app settings if you feel too much storage gets used.
