The app is quite awesome and it keeps improving. In the current "climate" of transport operation in Munich, I would really struggle without it. I really appreciate the attention to detail. For example how you can now see which exit to take out of a large stations to come out as close to your destination address as possible. Keep up the good work, guys

Absolutely unacceptable! When the ticket inspector asked to see my ticket, the “Show Ticket” button in the MVGo app simply didn’t respond — completely frozen. I had a valid Deutschlandticket but was still forced to pay a €60 penalty and go through the hassle of claiming it back, only to be charged a €7 processing fee on top. This is nothing short of daylight robbery. Fix your app! Edited

DO NOT USE MVVSWIPE they hold €40 for EVERY SINGLE TRIP and only give it back to you 2 weeks later! that means if you took 5 trips a day it would cost you €200! yes you get it back eventually but who can afford to spend that much money at the time, you could end up spending 100s and be out of pocket for 2 weeks. They claim it isn't actually debited but mine definitely was from Revolut, I can literally see I no longer have the money and my next payment was rejected due to insufficient funds! Edited

Terrible - took my money for nothing. It said there was a problem with my account and "blocked" a ticket purchase. Apparently an email would be sent to help me resolve the issue. No email was sent (not even in my spam). I needed a ticket there and then, so I tried logging out and in again on the app and attempted to purchase a ticket for a second time. Again, this was blocked. But to my delight and joy, they'd charged me for both transactions and not given me any tickets!

hands down the best public transport app. I rely on it blindly to get around everywhere in Munich and even Bayern. Absolutely amazing and precise. Also keeps getting better with each update. that's rare! keep it up team!
