cannot order products, which is ironic considering this is a shopping app. The app works well with choosing the products and checking out. It gets stuck at 'pay and place order', doesn't matter which payment method, doesn't matter which time of day, the app keeps saying that 'something went wrong, try again later'. IT- please look into this problem on Zalando.de

I have been a customer for years, consistently using the Plus account and always paying on time. However, it's ridiculous that I can no longer choose my payment method myself, and that I can't pick up my order at the post office, which is really annoying. The app itself has also undergone bad changes, for example, we can no longer filter by brands, and the color filter doesn't work either. I'm going to cancel my premium account and not recommend this app at all.

App has errors. When clicking a brand it switches gender. e.g. when browsing men's jeans, and you're looking at a certain product, when you want to see all of that brand, and click the brand name, suddenly it tries to show you all women products for the brand and not the men's. Please fix this, it's annoying. @Zalando response, why on earth would i do that? I just told you about issues with your design, and then you make it my problem to reach out again? How about just fix it...? Edited

I experience a systematic error. In the homepage menu, I always need to reselect WOMAN as a category every time I start the app. It doesn't seem to "remember". Same with the language, I need French, it's German and when I change I need get disconnected so I need to log in again. As for an improvement, I would suggest a filter in the Favorite page. I put a lot of item in favorite and it is impossible to filter by category. Also, the unavailable keeps on piling, it could be masked by filtering.

I’ve had a terrible experience trying to use a €50 gift card from Zalando. It’s been over four months, and I still can’t use it despite dozens of emails back and forth with customer service. They keep promising solutions, but nothing ever gets fixed. I’ve been ignored, misinformed, and left completely frustrated. I will never choose Zalando again, and I don’t recommend them to anyone expecting proper customer service or reliable support. Extremely disappointing.
