The Naukri app is very useful for job seekers. It has a clean interface, and job recommendations are mostly relevant. I like the filters for location, experience, and salary. Notifications for new jobs and application status are helpful. However, sometimes the same job shows up multiple times. Also, it would be better if companies responded more actively after applying. Overall, a good app for job hunting, but a few improvements can make the experience even better.

However, I noticed that when searching for jobs using keywords like 'Tally Accountant', the results include unrelated roles like BPO. Naukri app is filled with fake job postings and 30+ day old listings that are no longer active. Most recruiters don’t respond, and their contact details are often wrong or unreachable. Instead of genuine job opportunities, the app feels like a platform pushing paid courses, tests, and subscriptions. This has been my worst job search experience—Naukri needs strict verification for jobs, removal of outdated postings, and better recruiter accountability. Right now, it feels like a money-making .
