Face recognition stopped working recently. Kept asking me to "go somewhere shadier", no matter what lighting condition. Support is unhelpful. Ridiculously asked to use another device to use this app. "We would like to inform you that there are no issues with your Face Verification, as you successfully passed the process using your wife's iPhone. For future Face Verifications, you may wish to consider using a different device to avoid any potential complications."

It never improve, always error update. Only ask delete and re-install, still do not work. Singapore just a lousy app creator, another example is simplygo. Everytime i update my system software (xiaomi hyperOS), The singpass immediately login fail and repeat the same error message. Least need to wait for weeks them it work again. Same go to singpass app update when i was overseas??? They expect only allow to use in Singapore only. Edited

My previous handphone camera is not working well so I have problems doing face verification. I seek your good office for help and they direct me to another site. I tried a lot of their methods and at the end of the day, only my methods worked. That is why I changed my handphone. Hope that your good office can provide us with an easy procedure to log in to the app. I do appreciate the effort of your good office to help me out although it didn't work out.

have not been able to use the singpass scan and log in options, uninstall, reinstall, reboot, and even have to change passwords. error always come after I completed all the verification, password, otp, facial recognition..and then the same process repeats again, uninstall, reinstall, reboot. 30th Aug 2025, singpass failed again. it was working perfectly fine but now it fails again. it is the latest version.... this is the 4th time I am facing this issue Edited

From previous experience, the app works great and is smooth to operate. However, I dislike that all the shortcuts for the services REQUIRE Google Chrome to use. Unfortunately, it now refuses to setup in my new phone using GrapheneOS despite being able to do so on my previous phone (same OS). Hence, I will keep the rating at 1 star until it (hopefully) becomes compatible. Edited
