I wonder how this app got near 5 stars. On the app itself, if there's bad network connection, the app will get stuck and relaunch of app is necessary. Next, not related to the app, on the reporting of issues related to housing maintenance. if things breakdown without you knowing, it simply means you are not doing your job. Worse still, when incident is reported, it may get categorized as not under "their" care and considered case close. Edited

quite useful together all info at one go using this app. however, app interface and navigation should improve for seem less access.

Unexpected error occurred Error: Fatal: TypeError We will need to restart the app. i keep getting this error when I try to access my NS LifeSG Credits. It prompts me to restart after tapping restart, app reloads but I get the same error when I try to access the NS credits. Edited

many things missing in the interface. Doesn't show my credit wallet. have to go web browser. such a useless app.
