Worst UI I’ve ever used. Laggy, broken, and perpetually under maintenance. It’s easier to walk to the office and hand-deliver a paper form than it is to navigate this digital disaster. Fix the backend or just delete the app entirely—it’s currently a waste of storage space!!! Edited

I have recently bought a new phone and I noticed that i am not be able to open my Workpal app. The app is asking for me for set up and access using biometric. But I am not able to click the 'ok' tab to proceed. I have tried to restart my phone but it still does not work. I need to gain access to the app because i need to approve a lot of request eg leave and shift request. I hv emailed the workpal support. Appreciate the assistance. Edited

App is useful to get info relating to salary and leave matters. However, I face difficulties in submitting transport claim. I am unable to key in my location - both for home and destination etc. The system does not register when I enter my address or postal code. I've tried uninstalling and installing the app etc and have updated the app to the latest version but the issue persists. Is there anyway to get around this?

Hi there, as much as having a centralised app for all government agencies is useful and convenient for users to view their monthly paychecks and apply for leave, the execution leaves much to be desired. I cannot even disable the biometric lock securing the app (trust me, I went into settings as advised by the so-called help centre) and my Samsung phone is not even secured with a biometric lock in the first place. There are obviously glaring glitches. This is like a beta version of the app.

1. Cannot cancel means errors not tolerated. 2. App say submitted but didn't go through. Updated and tried again but date already applied so cannot reapply so this date is locked in app. 3. Transport claim map function lousy. Not accurate and slow but the only way to enter address. Should just link to Google maps. 4. Unstable. Don't save as draft coz when open again, can create errors like deleting milage data. Submit immediately instead. App is not ready for prime time.
