In a world of algorithms and influencers promoting weight loss products, it is hard for young people to feel good about themselves and and develop a positive body image. Add in greater screentime during the pandemic, and it is not surprising that body image concerns have increased. This beautifully designed, easy to use App, based on exercises that specialist therapists use, helps with the core issues, and improves self-worth. This will help many who are unhappy, and unhappy with their bodies. Edited
