100% recommend this app! It makes sharing photos and updates of our son so easy. In a world subscriptions, can't describe how much I appreciate a free app that actually lets you use it's features. There is a premium version, but the features are just nice perks - the app is fantastic without having to go premium. I also really like the free with shipping prints each month, it helps me to keep my son's baby book up to date!

I love this app. BUT, although it says it's compatible with my phone, I can't access recent photos! What's going on? This is my Granddaughter AND Great Granddaughter I'm talking about. They're 10 hrs away and I'm disabled and can no longer drive that far. Has something changed? Please help me with this matter. Update 10-13-24: I updated the app the day it came out! It's not working on my phone now. I can't get to ANY recent photos. Edited

I've had this app for about four years now and it's changed quite a bit. It was great before. I had Premium until they increased the price, which I didn't think was worth the membership anymore so I canceled. Now whenever I open the app it always redirects me to their shop and is constantly nagging me to upgrade to premium. It's annoying and one of the reasons I don't enjoy opening it for either my album or to visit other people's albums. Edited

It's constantly crashing and force closing when viewing photos. grrrrr! Love the app, but now they are making everything paid for. I liked it when it was free. Now they are adding ads to everything...🤨 I also noticed all my videos that are uploaded are blurry. Their way of pushing pro. Edited

Free version is great and has everything you need to stay connected with family. The only annoying thing is how often it redirects to the screen where you can order prints and books, but it's a minor irritation for an otherwise great app. The price for the paid version is reasonable, but we found we didn't really need it.
