everything was going OK but when I reached step 5 and entered my email it suddenly doesn't move forward...like it's stuck at that point...can somebody help me out here please? didn't anyone else face this problem?

Please is there any help we can get about the scanning of passport it says unable to capture all the information needed? But tried different devices but this the same thing. Also tried different angles to make the passport align with the requirements stated but this still the same error message. Any help will be really appreciated. Wouldn't be leaving a 2star review but just want to ask for help Edited

It's pretty straightforward. however, the passport scanner missed the apostrophe in my name and scanned it as a space. after two attempts I just accepted it, hope it doesn't affect my visa application outcome 😏

It's not working well when taking photos. It responses by saying UNABLE TO LOAD. Please fix this problem. I've applied for visa for 14th March to travel to Australia and this app is not responding well when taking facial photo and it's dragging my time. Edited
