use caution. getting your money back from this company is like getting blood from a turnip. as soon as you buy a ticket you'll see their terms of refund often. if you get anything back at all, you're lucky. I was in a situation where I couldn't receive the money. could I receive the ticket. your requests go through customer service which is ran by AI and there's no way you'll get your money back. only thing you can do is call your bank and show all the screenshots and have the fraud department.. We decided never again to use this service again, and the app was removed! Poor communication, poor details, debited double payments with identical order number, and the response from the support team unpleasant! NEVER AGAIN! better to buy the tickets directly from the train company. save your money, time, and trip! we use this for our trip in Morocco and end up missing one city because of their poor system and details of communications.

I'm eating the service, not the app. after one good experience I had a very bad one. I paid for the ticket double of its price (the commission proved to be 95%) what's more ,the ticket never arrived although I booked it in advance. their support is a joke :(

This app allowed me to book a flight and to pay for and add two check luggage 50 kg. They have a no cancellation policy, which was fine. The next day, they send a message saying the airline does not allow checked luggage! They refund the luggage fee and say that the airline "may" allow me to add them at the airport. That's bait and switch! I cannot travel without my luggage. I do not speak Thai. They won't cancel the flight and refund. Booking confirmation # JDKZST. Redund my money.

It found busses in Italy (Sicily) that were to find only in blablacar. The only minus, so far, is that it duplicates the same trip multiple times if you just select city of departure and arrival. Customer support replies quickly, but they are not really helpful. Edited
