This app has always been so buggy ever since I got it, but with every update, it's been more and more buggy. It randomly disconnected my Spotify account from it and won't let me reconnect it. It either says "Oops, something went wrong, try again later!" or "This skill doesn't exist anymore", which is really frustrating because I use Spotify quite often, and it sucks that I can't link it anymore for whatever reason. Two stars because I can at least still use the alarms.

Have had an echo speaker for years and its been connected to Spotify the whole time. Today, it says I have to add it my account. Within the app, the first option is to connect my Spotify account. when clicking thay button it brings up a page saying "just kidding, this page doesn't exist." Amazon needs to fix this issue. I mostly use this speaker for music and its pretty much worthless if I can't connect to Spotify.

skills and games will randomly stop working, so when you connect your lights, thermostat or other "Smart Home Appliances" there's a chance alexa will just become unresponsive and you'll have to control them manually or with their respective app. everything was working fine before I went to sleep, I woke up (my light got turned back on somehow.... thanks alexa) and now I cant turn them off or on, voice control with my lights was one of my favorite abilities.

Unfortunately the updates have made the app less useful to me. I can no longer see my extensive Audible library under "See all" to select the title I want the echo devices to read. Chapter headings, which used to be accessible from a hamburger menu, have disappeared. And the devices are now intruding on conversations and phone calls without the "wake word." Even worse, when a character has the name "Alexa" or "Ziggy," any narrator's voice activates the devices in the middle of my audiobooks!

I'm disappointed that the Alexa+ doesn't have the accented voice options any longer. It's all "American" accents only. I am American, but I like some variety for fun, and changing the voice and accent was a bit of fun for me. The voices are ok, but now it's just plain boring. It's still useful, and I do use it for things, but I'm still disappointed 😞
