how many times must I report bugs within the app that haven't been fixed? I'm seriously trying to give genuine feedback about this app and it's like it purposely gets ignored. on a pixel 6a, right after scanning a package, I am brought to a blank white screen. it happens HALF THE TIME when it's supposed to progress to the next screen. Put more effort on fixing the app, not adding thumbs up for the Updates page.

The app is constantly being updated but it has a lot of glitches. It will reroute your itinerary and support will ding you for its malfunction. The maps are supposed to download over wifi but when driving drops signal, gets confused, directions are slow and scanner can't always scan because warehouse printed bad labels. It's a great idea that can make a route hard because the execution is bad. This last update messed up my route.

I really like the map and navigation part of this app, better than Google Maps. But I really want this added on Android Auto so I can see it on the big screen and dont require a holder. And the scanning aspect need to be improved a bit, for instance when doing initial scan, it should tell you the stop number instead of having to rescan the package. UPDATE: Dark mode has been fixed, but one more item I noticed is when i requested to change region, the stations of previous region remained, issue.. Edited

#1. App is very glitchy starting up, but once it finally opens up it appears to work fine. Although I have never gotten any further than booking a block and then removing myself from that block. #2. This is the main reason why I did not continue on using this app to make extra money....you want me to drive around delivering packages in my vehicle for a 4 hour period of time and use all my gas up and all you want to offer me is $89 at best? You can't even book multiple blocks for the same area!

Highways are not updated, at times it spins out of control and flies you off into the distance. Not all stop signs are updated and sometimes there are 5 stop signs when there aren't any. The speed limit needs to be updated in the countryside. It is 40 to 50 in the countryside not 20 to 35. The app also freezes up when around full bars by a tower. This app is junk and it is very hard on all the drivers. Even at delivery you need to move the pin when you are at the location.
