This is a joke.. showed me cheap price at first, but when i tried to chekout price increased out of nowhere.. not a tax, not a fee.. just get message price updated.. how can it change in less than 2 to 3 minutes.. Really Dissapointed..

I wouldn't recommend to book your flight tickets from this agency. I bought 2 one way ticket (BKI-KUL) & (KUL-BKI). This morning they cancel my flight from BKI - KUL yet they confirm my flight ticket from KUL- BKI. Due to that, I request for cancellation KUL-BKI as well becos what is the point of me buying flight ticket from KUL - BKI when my flight ticket from BKI - KUL has been cancel. But they wouldn't give me refund for it.

Worst! My credit card has been deducted for 4,018.00 pesos a trip MNL-TAC which i did book and I did not even receive any OTP or an official e-airfare ticket nor it has posted in my app that it was ISSUED.

My return ticket to Kuala Lumpur is on the 19/6/25, but due to unforseen circumstances I need to go back earlier. I don't know how to change my flight via Airpaz, I drop in Airpaz main office in Jakarta seeking their advice. With the help of Stanley I managed to change my flight successfully. NEW USER Promotion is a SCAM..i booked with the promo code after payment they refund back with same amount of voucher said seat not available..and if you want cash back to your account you have to wait max 7 days..that means you stuck..you have to buy ticket higher price with the voucher...then i search again same flight same class price little higher so i have no other options made payment surprisingly this time seat available!!because this time they couldn't let me redeem new user promo code
