Very limited application and inexperienced customer service staff, they provided me with wrong information more than once . As per customer service, they are not connected to Sarea where both out going and incoming transfers take upto 24 hours !!;

I'm a client of FAB over the past 25 years, at the moment I'm abroad , since the 3rd of Jan 2024 I can't log in my bank account, it keeps on giving a note that (your request is not accepted due to maintenance) upto now I'm receiving tge same answer. I tried calling the bank but the computer answering g machine keeps asking questions & never understands what I want , time passes till my credit is finished. I wrote several emails without any benefit. Please what is happening .

Big failure app, not responding, asking to reset password many times, then locking the account without reason, their phone number is another big failure, no one answer, line keep on cutting 😡
