Worst interface, scale is so needlessly complicated I ended up throwing it out. App is a mess, it's not intuitive in the slightest bit so it's awful to learn and when you do you realize it just isn't great. Also WHATS THE POINT OF A SCALE THAT I CANT SEE A WEIGHT ON WITHOUT A BLUETOOTH CONNECTION??? Again it's just the most frustrating and needlessly complicated thing, with a horrendous usability to boot. If I could rate this app and the scale I bought lower I absolutely would 👎

Not all results transfer to the app. It worked last week. (May 1, 2025) All of my results are gone. I purchased this scale for the calculations it provided, including the amounts of body fat, muscle, bmi... You changed the interface and erased data without as much as an email. Thanks for this now BRICKED scale!! You need to return our money, and yes, cc card purchase history shows our proof of purchase. This is NOT THE SCALE I PURCHASED YA JERKS!!!! Edited

The app won't automatically connect to my BF 70 scale and requires me to manually input my body measurements. It also won't let me remove the scale from its memory, so I can't even reset it properly. This is frustrating because I specifically bought this scale to track body fat % and muscle weight. Now, it only functions as a standard scale. It, at least, seems to do that well.

It is complicated for me to use. The scale is mine. And I added my husband. Now, it only shows on my app, His weight and stats. Can't get to mine at all. The scale shows my initials when I'm on it, but can't see My info on the phone app. I'm sure there is a way. But I can't figure it out. So until I get help this has been useless for me. :( Needs to be more user friendly for those who aren't tech savvy.

This app is very cumbersome to use. Must establish Bluetooth connection with each use which can take several minutes. User interface is not intuitive at all. It takes several attempts to get app to record/receive data from the scale. I'm thinking of just writing results down which would be quicker than using this app. I must say however that customer support is superlative and respond lightning fast to requests for assistance.
