Used service. Forgot to change it in the app when I canceled my debit card on file. Ride using the app. Oh no now I have a $5 deficit. Go to add money to my account using a new card. Error you cannot add funds to your account when you have an unpaid bill. They literally won't let me pay the money I owe them, so now I'm locked out of the service. Everything else was absolutely perfect up until this. Edited

Update: Things have improved a bit since my last post. They keep their customer service number somewhat hidden on their website, once I was able to locate it, a lot of my issues were easier to resolve. I had a bike that wouldn't lock and I was charged until the bike ran out of battery. several attempts to contact customer service had no response. Edited

Not the most honest of bike rentals. They have a policy of charging $25 if you PARK your bike in a designated no parking zone. Seems reasonable as they would have to send someone to retrieve it. However, on multiple occasions, I've had the bike randomly shut off inside a no parking zone mid-ride. You're charged when it shuts itself off, and then have to check out again to finish your trip. Support has waived this a few times, but won't acknowledge the issue, and says they won't fix again.

it charged me $10.72+/- $.25 because I couldn't get the ride to end or lock to connect properly so I got charged 24 mins because I had to walk away from the scooter as it was and I literally only rode it 3 blocks, (maybe 50 ft). This has happened once before as well and I can't afford to be responsible for these errors because of the scooters errors. please fix.

it's an awesome way to get around town The only issue I have is the membership I have says I have one free unlock for a friend and I couldn't find the option to do that so my friend had to pay for their unlock even though I'm supposed to have one free unlock for a friend. if they can show where the option is to unlock it for a friend that would be amazing.
