Quick and Easy to use. Not for all things, but if you need a refill or some advice, this saves time, travel, and money. UI could be better, but another great option by UHC. Thanks!

Maybe it could be 1.5 - tried to change my password...kept having problems. Try later they said...I did, still having issues. What is going on with this folks? I really do understand that things lately have been chaotic...but please figure it out. You have $$...spend it please! Good grief, it could drive a person to ???eat? Luckily I don't drink alcohol or that'd not end good!

Get notices that documents are available to view n go ther n thers nothing ther n trying to find a doctor is super hard on the app to the point I've given up tryn to use the UHC APP OR PORTAL to find care. Google maps gives lots of information n I can still press buttons on a phone.

Excellent app!! Super quick ( like less than 15 minutes!!) The doctors are friendly and very informative. I highly reccommend this app, its a million times better than having to fight through traffic & sit in a overcrowed waiting room ( covid 19 hello!!)😷. You won't regret trying this app. 😁👌👍💯

Will not dowoad. I have tried everything to get it to download. I have more than enough storage space, and I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips it gave me. Nothing works. This app is very much needed and it will not work.
