The app is pretty good overall, but the Tip Board seems like the page I'm using the most, and I haven't figured out how to navigate easily to it. It always 2-3 steps to get there. Also, when viewing details about an attraction, I'd prefer that the Tip Board returned to the same scolling spot where I was. So if I'm scrolling through the tips and view details on, say, Radiator Springs Racers, when done and click "back" to the Tip Board, I want to still be at RSR in the list, not back at the top.

absolute garbage app. useful for very limited things but adds about three steps for every transaction trying to push you to buy more and is extremely fickle about what credit cards it will accept. set aside 4-6 hours to figure out and set up the app before you set foot in Disneyland. if this app was made by a startup they'd never so much as get a VC to look at it.

Worst disney experience ever. Cast Members don't even know the app, I went to add another person to a lightning lane reservation and it "changed" the time for everyone in that reservation, went to go check in and it was only 1 person for that time and everyone else was still scheduled at the original time. The cast members said that it was not possible to add additional guest to a reservation and that that option never showed up, but it was there when I added the other guest in my party.

I have a pixel 3. The app flickers, freezes, locks up my phone, and won't load my tickets or plans. I used it the last time we went and it was invaluable but I'm worried it won't be working this time. I really hope it gets fixed in time. changes have been made since I originally reviewed. it is fabulous now. we use it every time we go. it is invaluable. ordering food, scheduling lightning Lanes, knowing wait times. all fantastic. Considering Disney's money and control, this is really bad. There aren't good directions to get from here to there, you have to go deep to look at good menus and the wait times (critical for planning your movements) can be WAY OFF. Anyone just eyeballing the lines could be more accurate. Several rides don't show up with times, even though they are open and running. Others are closer but not marked so on the map. Pretty bad design, not world-class.
