The payment process is incredibly frustrating and flawed, from a user-experience perspective. I was trying to buy a Lightning Lane pass and apparently you can *only* do that in the app. When I was trying to enter my credit card info, if I accidentally mis-clicked then the form would close and I'd have to re-enter it again. Your cart would time out *as* you are filling out payment info and you'd have to start over. It would inexplicably fail and I'd have to start over, many times. So annoying.

Great app for streamlining the Disney World experience. Some of the UI can be slightly unintuitive to navigate (I find myself sometimes googling where to find certain things in the app; for example, I never would have expected I have to look under my reservation to see bus times instead of the transportation filter on the map), but overall very useful and straightforward app for organizing your trip all in one place.

The setup process is incredibly painful. we had two groups under a reservation and our friends and family list was a mess. I am at the resort and can only see my card and can't add my little daughter's card so have to carry it around for scanning. Reserving dinner is a clunky experience, too. Overall, everything takes tons of clicks and waits and there are many weirdly named menus that you have no idea what it does until you try. For example, several places with linking a card. Disappointed.

It is overwhelming to tackle the trip to Disney. At first, the app felt like another complication, but once you get the hang of it, it makes the whole thing so much easier. It is literally your whole.itinerary, with information and updates about every park, ride, and restaurant. I also found it a helpful way to communicate with cast members. When I didn't know exactly what to ask or how to find something, they showed me right in the app. They are masters at using it and are happy to share!

This is by far the most impressive app I've ever used. I wish all apps had this level of thought, responsiveness, stability, reliability, and innovative features. I had never used this app before, but my recent trip to Disney World was made far better with this app as our guide/ticket/photo collection... And there were so many other features I didn't need, but could easily see myself using on our next trip!
