I used this app to find good deals, but I recently found out that they aren't completely honest when it comes to how much you'll pay in total. they say they show the final price when you purchase through them, but it isn't true. I purchased a plane ticket, and I ended up paying $65 dollars more at the end, because kiwi didn't disclose that the ticket price didn't include the airport tax. I reached out to their help desk, only to have them shift the blame to me, to the airline, anyone but them.

I put a refund request through kiwi as my wallet was stolen and I was unable to board the previously booked flights. Kiwi did not include the details of my refund in when contacting the airlines resulting in my refund being classified as voluntary. Not only failing to secure my refund but also creating a hurdle blocking me from requesting it myself. This is an egregious error and puts me out of 800+ dollars, which is bad enough but I also paid extra for their "enhanced support". I'm not happy.

I had a frustrating experience using this app to book my flight. My ticket was changed unexpectedly, and the courier was unable to check me in. Their customer service was unresponsive, and I ended up waiting at the airport and missing my flight. When I requested a refund, I was told it could only be issued if requested 48 hours in advance. I felt scammed and want to warn others about their poor service.

The app works fine, but a terrible UI/UX design coupled with awful customer support costed me hundreds of dollars. On an recent trip, I booked several flights with different airlines through Kiwi. The first flight got cancelled, and when I clicked on the flight in the app, pressed "what are my options?", it gave me the option to cancel/refund my flight. Great. Turns out, it cancelled/refunded ALL my flights, and when I called customer service, they refused to help. Terrible app, worse service.

I had the worst experience booking through them , this is the first time I booked through kiwi , the connecting flight have communications , I was about to miss my connected flights. Forget about the luggage I have to pay for both the airlines for my luggage separately. The airlines don't take any responsibility if you miss the other flight or not. And you have to get boarding for at the airport again where u landed. Worst experience of travel. Never booking through them.
