The newest update fixed one of my gripes from the UI issues I had. The latest update is broken. It will not keep me logged in and half of the time it boots me out of the app. Today I have to log in again and it immediately boots me out. I clear the cache and data and get the same. My phone warns me of a bug with the app and to update it. There is no further update, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. This does not work. Please fix this app it has been on a downward spiral of unusability. $$$ lost. Edited

*UPDATE* As of 4-17-25, Hasbro Pulse updated to a confusing, clustered, and frustrating experience. I like the old simplified ways of the previous versions better. I looked at a Transformer that said "low stock" something new to this version, but when I clicked on it & looked for the buy button, it said "sold out."**another update on 4-21-25** Update* can't place an order. I'm going to order from somewhere else and if not, oh well! I'm sick of trying to check out over & over again. Edited

Completely Unusable now. This app has been buggy for a while, I always needed to reset data and cache. I've had to reset payment options and go back to PayPal because debit and credit card payments stopped going through. Now, I can't even in. I've reset my password countless times and the app refuses to recognize my account. Everything works fine in browser though. This is inconvenient

Exaggerated 1 star appraise. 2025.07.09 tried to log in, app. encountered a bug, suggested clearing cache, hit the clear cache and the application crashed. Attempted to log in again and it crashed. went to google play to see if update, none openned the application logged in and it crashed. Uninstalled the application, reinstalled application, logged in. and it crashed. a brief pop up about it encountering a bug pops up as it crashes. Application does not currently work.

App was good before the updates over a year ago. Made it harder to purchase items that sold out quickly. The CC update even though I updated what's on file made me lose couple items I waited forever for. Page crashes several times or does not load. Order status page can't always see items, or goes back out to account page after viewing an item, overall very inconvenient.
