Shocked that its still not possible to check on via mobile app after several weeks - when will this be fixed?? This app actually used to be fairly functioning. Now you can't do anything at all with it. Can't even check in for flights (says info is missing, data in fields are automatically changed after I have saved). Can't change flight bookings (had to do it on desktop). App can't even save my profile info like Enrich number. Pretty much useless. Edited

unable to perform an update on my phone. the App just won't load and requires an update on the newer version, and somewhat the update function is not working. I'm not sure if this is Fireflyz issue or Samsung phone issue. I dont know how to report to Samsung, but I've reported this to Fireflyz web chat with an agent. hopefully, they wil able to resolve it soon. very frustrating n wasted a lot of time for something which was built for the convenience of passengers but didn't do its job properly.

I don't think I've ever had such a poor experience from an airline app (though so far the website has not been much better). I'd advise steering well clear of Firefly - they have changed not only the flight time, but also the date. Checking in by the app does not work (see others reviews) & even checking in on line has not been much better (only one of 2 boarding passes issued - retrying is now just hanging ). I regret ever booking with Firefly & won't again. Edited

This is stupid. Please feedback to your company. "A" airline is no issue with download invoice or receipt. Please improve! Edited

Update March 2025, I still can't check-in via app Getting your attention with this review. I tried to check in, but after I filled in all my details to check in the "save" button is still greyed out. (I do not have an enrich number) So I am unable to check in now, pray the kiosk is not full of people tmr Edited
