I terminate my enrich money last year and wish to apply again but no one is able to assist me either from Malaysia airlines or merchant trade. When I try to register , profile already exist. When I try to login , no profile found.

couldn't log in due to given reason that I changed 'device' registration which I didn't even change my fon. I was wondering if my acct has been compromised or not and all money has gone! at least there's some way to check money is there and safe rather than putting us in darkness

Useless. Not majorly accepted by merchant services, not the best conversion rates, i didn't get the reward points as per the promotion, inconvenience when taking money out of the wallet. I've signup since the launching till now. Skip this, go with the 'green' one. Edited

I was in Japan 2024 hoping to spend the Enrich card. Touch&Go was more known and acceptable than Enrich Card. I still have much balance in the card for Yen as the exchange rate is not favourable. I should have used T&g or Wise card. The Enrich Money is of NO use to me abroad. skhaw
