Placed order for an item around Jan, parcel was never packed nor shipped no updates from anything, no emails, no replies from the chat, nothing. Spent almost 2k points on it and 20rm, item got cancelled without information or any means and didn't get any refund, very slow app. I hate it

The UX of the app is really sucks, it takes forever to me to view my vouchers and orders. Worst, I still haven't got the QR code that supposed to come with my purchased vouchers after days of buying it. And I wanted to contact them for this matter, and guess what, the "Contact Us" page also takes forever to load. Edited

App is so slow that it'll be faster to drive to KLIA and get the promo at the counter instead. Seems like this platform is not serious for business. Been like this for as long as I can remember.

It doesn't work. Tried shopping for food to deliver to KLIA, the app doesn't work. Even the online website also doesn't work. I believe more work needs to be done to improve the functionality of the app and web to enable people to shop at their site. I have uninstalled it.
