I've spent about an hour trying to upload a document via the app. Once selecting a claim to send a message, even though the UI display a message that you can upload PDF, when I click upload, I can only upload images. When I select an image, the file is probably too big and I get a random error about the message field? Then after a few attempts, the app is no longer letting me select an image. I tried switching to the website and there no option to upload the PDF or image. I'm on the phone now.

Constantly gives me errors. I think I have gotten it to work correctly 1 time, total. Every other time, no matter the time, or day, it gives an error message. If you can't fix your app, then don't send me emails telling me to log in to the app, to see what claims have been processed. The insurance is ok, though. Just the app sucks.

I have had an auto policy with them for years. Tried to log - in with online ID and told product not available. Then I tried using policy number, etc. Are you kidding me? Only way to enter DOB is to scroll back 70+ years with the calendar... Month by month. No option to type it in. Ridiculous. I'm very happy with the coverage they give. I've never given a rating this low. This app is the worst I've ever seen, and I have many, many apps. (using Galaxy S9+) Edited

Error message that something went wrong; cannot can not access my policy. Link your policies: error message. The first time, I've tried this app. It is just as unbelievably TERRIBLE as their website! Awful! Awful! Awful! The most unintuitive, absolutely scrambled experience of anything I've experienced. Worse than using a dial-up service and accessing a website in 1992! This app is no better. Good thing that I have a kind and helpful agent who will take care of me!

This is the worst app for the worst insurance company I've ever experienced. Who would have thought something could be worse than their website? I haven't been able to log into the website to pay my bill in 3 weeks (the page never loads), auto pay kicked in, posted my bill, but for some reason refunded the balance, and now my "type of account isn't available on the app". I've never had such a hard time giving someone money. I'm canceling my coverage.
