Not a good experience at all. The app doesn't work well. If you think you can save photos of your receipts to use when required (so you don't have to keep a hard copy). Think again. The app doesn't like the photo format that it saves. Also, fingerprint login only works for a short time before you need to use the password again and reconfigure. The whole experience with MetLife managing my funds has been horrible as well.

I wish I could give no stars. I can login in on the internet on my phone, PC and iPhone just fine. The minute I attempt logging in on my Z flip all of the sudden my username/password is incorrect. It's extremely frustrating. I can't even change my password. Even when I did the verification code right after receiving it I got an error the code was invalid. This app is trash on an android.

Ok. Be careful. If you fail to file a claim correctly, can you just submit something else in it's place? No. You have to pay them or submit other claim receipts under the denied claim. How am I supposed to keep track of all that? Doesn't seem well thought out. I can't submit other items to compensate for it in the main area. *Error*. Why don't you give your errors a name that is meaningful to the customer? I have so many claims I can't submit and my money is tied up in theseclaims Edited

Will not even get to the login screen when the vpn is enabled on my S9+. Incredibly annoying to have to respond to three security questions EVERY time you log in even with biometrics enabled. Also, the permission are concerning device location should not be required to submit claims.

Would give zero stars if I could. I can only get the app to let me login occasionally. Often it makes me change my password. Isn't compatible with Google autofill. Turns off fingerprint login for no reason. Why even have an app if it doesn't work all the time?
