This app may be good, but it continually returns the useless error "Something went wrong." You can't log in, you can't enter a proper policy number, you can't enter a proper email: all such attempts return an error. The fix was to remove security and put myself at risk by forcing me to not use the VPN. Without the VPN it works.

Just purchased a new policy with MetLife and the abysmal performance of this app has me reconsidering the whole thing. I can't even get past the login screen, as the app just crashes! I've cleared the cache, forced a stop, un-installed and re-installed with no success even getting to view my policy. Very disappointing.

I'm so frustrated with this app. Every time I try to speak with a veterinarian the app gets stuck, I lose my conversation and I have to start a new one! There's no option to open my messages, or go back to the chat or do it in the computer since you don't offer that option. Also the scrolling is horrible. I pay good money for my pets insurance, so please fix this. It's just unacceptable.

This app is so terrible you can't even login! So frustrating not being able to submit claims on the app. Your supposed update hasn't changed anything. I can't get past confirming my device to log in. Once I select sms or email there is no submit button. No way to continue. It's supposed to be easy to submit claims in the app?? How's that when you can't even log in? Edited

App regularly quits working or doesnt log on. All that happens is the loading screen. Not user friendly for navigating a submitted claim. You also can't update payment info. The only thing helpful are the humans you talk to when you call customer service. Edited
