Very tedious to use. Despite the option to save your credentials, you have to input your password every time. The worst thing by far is the inability to upload pdf. Instead, you're required to take a screenshot of each page of your documents before you can upload. Add to that a clunky, ugly interface. This app is clearly an afterthought, but you're forced to use it all the same. This is beyond improvement, a total overhaul is all that can save this. Edited

the app requires a number of improvements. 1. it must allow you to login using finger print and stay signed in so you donot have to enter password it everytime you login. 2. support for attaching pdf/word files should be available. 3. when taking an image snap, it should allow cropping/color adjustment so image quality can be improved as you attach a document. 4. Password complexity requirements are weird, it doesn't allow special characters, authentication needs to be simplified big time. Edited

Very poor mobile app and online portal service. Deleting a claim will take more than 10-15 minutes. Most of the time, the mobile app is very slow, and most of the time, it is very difficult to log in to the mobile app. Web portal Most of the time, showing technical error, unable to log in at web page. As a premium insurance provider, we didn't expect such a type of online service. Need improvement on mobile app as well as online portal.

It's the worst App ever... pathetic experience... The App doesn't open ever after entering the username and password, and it says invalid username and password. Did uninstall and re- install several times to reset a new password and all invain... Worst experience and never recommend this App to anyone...

Good day, The system does not accept any password either I create it myself, or system suggested strong password. Kindly check from your end. I do remember my existing password, which I recently changed after receiving mail from metlife. Even that is not working. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app again. Still not working. Kindly advise
