Once again the application crashes everytime I open the app. It was working in between but again stopped. Now it is a disaster. I was very dependent on the app. I request IT department to look into this and get it fixed asap. It is very frustrating. Clearing cache, restarting phone and app still crashes. Please fix this ASAP. I have changed my rating back to 1. Edited

I really appreciate the app. I really do. But there are bugs. One big bug is I get notifications to increase my credit card limit, but when I try to apply all I see is Java exceptions for session expiry. And when I go to check again it says I have already applied but it isn't and promps the increase limit notification again after a few days. It's frustrating. Edited

Terrible app keeps crashing constantly. I can't even open it or log in because it crashes within 1 second of opening. Specs: Phone: Samsung S24 Ultra OS: OneUI 7.0 (enrolled in beta program) Android version : 15 Also, as a developer myself, the app requires unnecessary restrictions on enabling developer options in the name of security measures. The USB debugging isn't even turned on!!

Amazing banking experience. I'm a customer of almost all the leading Banks of the country and I can proudly say that Kotak's App experience is the best. In the years of being their customer, I don't remember visiting the branch in the last three years. Making deposits, breaking deposits, getting statements literally on the touch of a button is what modern banking should be all about. Their deposit interest rates are low though! But the banking experience is unmatched! Kudos to the Kotak811team!

Hello Team! To be honest, I feel sad that Kotak is putting down this app. The best part about this app was that everything was in front of the user. All the facilities and features the user needs are simply in the menu. The new app doesn't look like it offers such a use case as broad as the old one. Well! The new app isn't bad! It's more responsive, user friendly and looks clean & modern! But I wish, Kotak could just simply integrate the same UI into the old application's features
