My app has been blocked, absolutely no help from their customer helpline. You can't add money less than 2000 via debit card. Their fkyc agent forced me into buying the ₹999 insurance saying that it is mandatory to purchase this insurance in order to open the 811 account. Not recommended to anyone who cares about their money. Please avoid their service and look for some other alternatives. Trust me if I could rate them negative stars I would. PLEASE AVOID KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK

The UI is simply Amazing! Makes you wanting to open the app often, even though you will have nothing banking related to do. But, I had few hiccups with the service, they charged me 588 for a Debit card which I have told them to cancel. They later refunded me the amount, but I am not completely happy with the experience. Apart from that, everything is very good looking and functional.

Very disappointed with Kotak Bank app. I requested a cheque book on 02-06-2025 and got SMS confirmation. Customer care also confirmed it. But after 10 days, they said no request was received. No cancellation message, no update, nothing. This is poor service and miscommunication. If a request is cancelled or not processed, the customer should be informed. Very unreliable for a bank that handles important financial services.

Digital, Hassle free, Convenient account opening process. The best past of Kotak 811 is that if you don't want a physical debit card then there is an option of a virtual debit card which comes free of cost. Additionally, no charges on non-maintaining average monthly balance plus zero balance savings account. One thing that could be improved is that issuing a virtual debit card as soon as possible..

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Kotak mobile banking app. For the past 15 days, I have consistently faced issues while trying to access the app. In almost 99% of the attempts, the app fails to open and either shows a "Request Timed Out" or "Bank Server Error" message. It is highly concerning that a banking application—on which customers rely for critical transactions—is so unreliable. Despite multiple attempts, I am often unable to complete basic functions.
