not very impressive . do not show all options of MF like dividend, only shows growth. SIP is unduly promoted by keeping that as default option. payment failures generates multiple orders where fund house keeps on asking for payment. cancellation or change order is not an option given. certainly we know MF orders can be changed prior cut off times. i am sure that the app devloping team will have justifiction to each of the fault. kotak securities had better handling platform bfr

I have invested this app, I can't redeem my SIP amount, I have facing problems with buying it new SIP and redeem invented amount, I have many more time visitors in nearest KOTAK BANK and tell my issues - But problem is not resolved, Next I call it customer care also but this way also not resolve the issue, And I have written the mail from KOTAK CHERRY office mail id also but this way is very worst way. not reply mail from cherry end and still not resolved my issue.Totally no support for any side Edited

The app is not clear on Navigation. And I am not able to see the funds available to withdraw. Options are way better in the old Kotak app.

I had a very bad experience with this cherry app with no mobile number update and after one month from I started my sips account review status showing not resolved and my money stuck and no redeem available
