As is it was doing great... But since the last update just to launch it has become very very slow , and even if we have multiple companies changing from one to other takes a lot of time. Please work, else it will be useless only... very very slow...

Inferior UI, scrolling issue in the transaction pending list. Chances of accidental approval & rejection are there due to the confusing layout of transaction list. The good thing is only the pending transactions are shown by default which is not there in the net banking portal. No option to approve beneficiaries on the go. Needs to be matured similar to the main banking app.

Its really a very sad app from Kotak stable. I have to regularly uninstall and reinstall for it to work. it will give errors like Sim swap and log me out. even if same Sim. it may or may not work after trying 4-5 times. but sureshot way is to uninstall and do a fresh install. Why dont you use some decent security software instead of whatever you are using. Compared to using the Personal or Neo App, using business app is a very sad experience

Officers of Kotak Bank think that they are above everything. If I'm using screen sharing app then you are not allowing me to use your app. This is totally unacceptable. I need to use one of the screen sharing app for my daily business activities. You are giving me one more reason to shift my business to another bank. Sorry to say so or just allow me to continue using app without forcing me to uninstall any other app.
