Old version was better, didn't want to switch but kept getting notifications to migrate today installed the new version, turned out to be pretty bad. Always starts with delay and is very slow require full signal from wifi or mobile whatever. old app would work with bare minimum network coverage and the UI was pretty smooth. This new version only has bright colors, rest every technical aspect is dull. Developers did a poor job in making it, bank did the worst by allowing it to be released.

very slow loading and not a good interface as old version improvement is needed. The scanner takes time to launch and scan. it sometimes stuck the screen. Fast payment mode needs improvement while loading and there is no need for flash light when loaded. The user can do it by themselves. feature are not seamless as they were earlier and some features are also missing. keep some old design as it was good Edited

Lots of Features are missing as compared to the old app. I am a credit card user and old app had balance transfer, credit card services, kotak offers, milestone and kotak rewards functions in the app itself which are missing. I will switch to the new version after all these features are provided in this app. Hoping for a quick addition of all those features in this app.

I've been using the Kotak mobile banking app for about 6 years now. The older version was definitely more user-friendly and straightforward. Navigating through options was quick, and everything seemed intuitive. However, the new version feels quite overwhelming and confusing. There are too many options crammed into the interface, making it hard to find what I need. The overall layout seems cluttered compared to the simplicity of the old version. Rating: 0 Star I am very disappointed with the new version of the Kotak Bank mobile app. Many important features that I used regularly are missing – such as credit card services, balance transfer, Kotak rewards, offers, credit score and milestone tracking. The old app was far better in terms of functionality and ease of use. The user interface of the new app feels downgraded and confusing, with a poor layout and less intuitive design.
