I normally don't rate apps but the sign up procedure was horrible. There was no way to review whether a picture was taken correctly or not, I may have ended up with two photos of the back of my driver's license. In the end, the procedure didn't complete and there was an error message in red. Very poor quality control and user testing of this app before going to market.

Doesn't work and hasn't for 2 months! Every time I check it I get the same thing - Start page displays for about 15 seconds, then the second page comes up with a circle spinning at the bottom for around 10 seconds and then it disappears and I'm looking at my phone's home page and icons. and that's that. Would be a valuable tool......if it actually worked!

Latest version doesn't crash anymore but fails with "failed to detect face" message. Trying not to take it as an insult, but having to restart the process all the way from the beginning is time consuming and annoying. So far after multiple tries it still can't detect my face. Amazing and Convenient! I recently forgot my physical driver’s license at home and got pulled over by the police. Thankfully, the NY MID app saved the day! I was able to quickly pull up my New York State digital driver’s license and show it to the officer without any issues. Par for New York! Doesn't work, you take pictures and it accept them then, verifies your facial features then next step it kicks you out, then you have to start all over again. I've tried a dozen times and the same thing every time. Jut deleted it, New York is probably trying to to install some kind of Spyware software. It won't work at all with a VPN running.
