Honestly, I love the concept of the scale and app there's just some things that make it a pain. For the app, I wish there was a checkmark or a "confirm" button to manually confirm which cat did what when I do notice. It would help the AI too. The scoop feature isn't usually correct. I wish we could confirm like "new collar" etc on weight differences. The AI has random 5lbs activity for a 12lbs cat too. As for the scale.. the rubber feet on 2 different scales stained 2 different floors.

No longer works since moving. Couldn't edit the scale to update with new wifi network and I was worried since I couldn't track my cat's weight at one of the most crucial times ever (moving), and when I tried reaching out to Petivity, it was nearly impossible. Finally got an email reply, but they failed to address the actual issue and no reply since. Deleted and re-added the scale, now it tracks again, but doesn't update when I scoop, notify me when she uses it, and can't trust weight reports now

This product and app has been eye-opening in a multi-cat household. For 10 years I have had no idea of rather dramtic differences between my two girls. I so wish I could compare the data to their youthful selves. One recommended improvement would be to include a way to account or document when a cat uses the bathroom in the wrong place.

The box is okay. It doesn't always get my cat's weight correct. It is terrible at detecting when the box is cleaned and there is no way to enter it manually. I'm tired of the weight alerts because we are trying to get our cat to loose weight and there's no way to put that in the app. I think it is ridiculous that they cotinue to do cosmetic updates to the app without addressing customer complaints and concerns. This is a really helpful tool and I'm glad to have it. However, as other reviewers have said, I'd like it better if more members of my household could connect to the app on their devices to monitor our cats, so it's not all on me. This is unnecessarily exclusive, and while I'm the "cat mom" I'm not traditionally the keeper of technology. Visually, I like most of the new update. However, it's harder to read the battery level, and the "non-elimination" logo looks too similar to the pee&poo logo.
