Just installed Bticino 100x16e panel paired with a gate keypad and automatic lock. The Security app does not log events and does not notify my phone when someone rings at the outdoor keypad. I can use the app to open the lock and receive keypad audio/camera (as it should normally work). I have android 13 on a Samsung device, and all permissions enabled for the app. I also turned off battery saving options to prevent the app from being put to sleep. Any advice? It's driving me crazy.

The Welcome works fine. I have to refresh the app or web page every so often to make connection, but for what it is it works. I would like if the power cord was a little longer, and if there was a way to make it ignore the TV. I don't have any desire to turn monitoring off and on, so "zone" detection would be nice. I found the included 8Gb card ran out too quickly, so upgraded to 32Gb. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my Welcome.

I'm trying to install this app on a brand new phone with Android pie. the app just keeps crashing when i try to start it. Edit: i was able to get the app to work on the OnePlus 7 Pro by having the app crash a few times when trying to start it. After the third crash, the app started up and didn't crash anymore. It also continued to work afterwards. Very weird. Edited

good camera and concept but poor execution via unreliable app. app used to be good and you could see live stream without any issues but not anymore. I have one or two cameras giving good live view and others not. all on the same network. if you have multiple cameras then the notification set for one camera applies to all. this should be customisable based on individual camera but it isn't. very few settings are customisable per individual camera.

These WiFi cameras are one of the worst I ever experienced. Reception is so bad they are most of the time disconnected, despite being right on the other side of the wall from the AP. While disconnected they won't detect and record anything anymore. I also have security concerns about the app. After someone joined my home it took several hours until I was notified about it. This needs to be immediate, otherwise it's useless if a bad actor manages to join.
