When I try to add a module of any type it jumps to telling me to plug in the station as if I need to start over again and add the main station. I tried the PC program/wizard and it doesn't work also. I think they only spent time on the iphone app glitches. This app and the PC wizard is worthless. If they cannot connect the 3 modules (wind, rain, and outdoor) to the station My $300 will be refunded as I return it to Amazon. Garbage software!

Bought the weather station just after Christmas based on good reviews of the hardware from a year or two ago. First unit was Dead on Arrival, second unit I could never get connected. Connecting via the Android app tells me that it has been set up successfully, but the application always says that the module is not connected to Wi-Fi. The customer support strategy can best be described as they take wild guesses until you get frustrated give up and hang up the phone.

Great weather station! Easy to set up. The rain collector and anemometer pieces are elegant, sturdy, and effective. I think you need to male your web UI more consistent with the way the data is displayed on the iOS and Android apps. The web UI could be a lot more elegant in the way the data is displayed. Also, the Android app could be more like the iOS app. On Android I have to swipe through more screens to get the full picture of the weather.

After 2+ years of use my main complain is that the app can be slow to load and show data. For a device without screen and relying only on the app, I think it should be better. Maybe the app could get the data directly from the device if used on the same networked (instead of relying on Netatmo servers). Also no Google home integration is a big miss for me, the options for the graphics could be more advanced (several curves, personalized time range, better resolution...) and a notification if the connection to the device is lost (network / battery / ... issue) would be nice. But despite the above points it's overall a well designed app and good product ! :) Edited

The app provides all the data from the Netatmo Weather Station’s sensors and seems to be fairly accurate. However, compared to other weather apps, it could benefit from some updates and added functionality. The graphs, in particular, are quite basic and could be improved to offer more detail and customisation. Similarly, the widgets feel outdated, it would be great to have a widget that shows all the key information at a glance, rather than needing to expand it fully to access everything.
