UX worsened! Boost takes 3 taps instead of 1! You could tap the temperature, now must be dragged! I have 5 Smarther2+22 valves. NO SAVING! 1) "Predictive" AutoAdapt reaches set temperatures 2+ hours too early 2) Need max flow setting per valve 3) can't match a central boiler schedule, causing circulation of cold water 4) Each room should optionally have own schedule 5) TADO got it right: external thermometers needed for accurate room temperature, TrueTemperature is useless. Why does my thermostat work with this app only and not with the Netatmo Energy app?? It all seems to be dependent on the color of the led on the device. This app works, but only let you do the bare minimum. There is no synchronisation with Google home or other, no export of the historical data, no web access. It feels like I have a limited version of the real product without anything showing it when I bought it...great! Edited

The pairing process is slow and poorly thputout. It doesn't label all devices when first discovered only the first 7 or 8. The process of programming and allocation switches to rooms is ridiculous with you having to go in and out of different areas. However once setup,it seems to work well.

One of the major downsides beside the bugs in the app is that the plan is divided into two layers only. Meaning we only have the plant layer and rooms layer, we cannot assign rooms to a middle layer (Floor Level for example) to make it easier for the user to access areas. A lot of customers are upset of this. One more thing is that a visual indication of the current position of the shutters would be helpful for users to know the status of the shutters and blinds.
