I’ve been using your app for the past 4 months and it has worked well so far. But today I noticed an issue for the first time — the call history is not in the correct order. Today’s calls are showing lower in the list, while older calls (like from yesterday) are appearing at the top. The call list should be sorted from newest to oldest so that the latest calls show first. Please fix this. Thank you

This product is great! Yes, it's a bit difficult to setup sometimes, but support is very helpful and quick. And you can get full functionality under the "Ad" model while you're trying to get things rolling. All in all, it's a great solution! Thank you, team ACR! And note: I've been using this product for years! First on my NOTE3 and now currently on my NOTE20. My only suggestion to ACR would be to make it easier to selectively delete recordings. This app has everything I need in a dialer app. Clean interface, extensive call history, powerful search options, and much more. Also, no intrusive ads. But! It can take forever to boot up when you launch, sometimes up to a minute. Support said it's because I have a large number of contacts, so too bad for me. One star knocked off. Update 2025: The slow refresh issue has been fixed, and I have no major issues! Edited

RESOLVED. UPDATE : You can't delete multiple calls only 1 at a time. **So after using this version I need to say its not better, not worse, just a few issues especially when deleting calls and not wanting to delete them all. **better than the old one... I've used ACR for several years and I am very happy with them. And thanks for dealing with the Google issue... Its both call logs and recording logs Edited

So far it's been working splendidly specifically with the helper app. However there have been a few times where it's failed to record and I do not know if that's because the helper app stopped working for some reason or didn't reloaded when my phone restarted or if it was something on the other side that prevented it from recording. Otherwise it's been great.
